BS 5979 (CATEGORY II) - MONITORING STATION

Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) holds the full BS 5979 Cat II accreditation and is approved to the NSI’s ARC Gold Scheme.

BS 8484 - LONE WORKER SERVICES

Fully accredited to BS 8484 – the British Standard for the provision of lone worker devices and service.

BS 7858 - SECURITY SCREENING

All staff are security screened in accordance with BS 7858.

ISO 27001 - INFORMATION SECURITY

Audited and approved to ISO 27001 – the international standard for information security systems. This process confirms that we adhere to information security best practice and delivers the highest standard of data security to our clients.

ISO 22301 - BUSINESS CONTINUITY

Audited and approved to ISO 22301 - the Business Continuity Management System standard. Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) has been developed to protect companies from the risks associated with downtime which can occur due to unexpected disruptions or disasters.

ISO 14001 - ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

Audited and approved to ISO 14001 - the international standard for environmental management systems. It demonstrates our compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and other environmentally oriented requirements.

OHSAS 18001 - OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY

Audited and approved to OHSAS 18001 - the British Standard for Occupational Health and Safety management systems. OHSAS 18001 certification demonstrates our system compliance for Occupational Health and Safety.

CYBER ESSENTIALS PLUS

Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation means that our systems are independently assessed. Certification is only given to organisations who’s systems have passed external vulnerability tests and scans.

INFORMATION COMMISSIONERS OFFICE REGISTERED

Our registration with the ICO means you can be confident we uphold the Data Protection Act and take your data seriously.

SAR DEVICE CERTIFICATION

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is a measure of the rate at which energy is absorbed by the human body when exposed to a radio frequency (RF) electromagnetic field. Alertcom devices have been laboratory tested and certified as compliant with EU directives.
